1. Visas and entry requirements
Passport validity, visas, transit permits and health requirements are the traveller's responsibility. Check the rules of every country on your route, including transit countries, with the competent embassy or consulate before departure. Information we provide on request is general and is not legal advice.
2. No guarantee of visa issuance or entry
We do not guarantee that a visa, entry permit or boarding will be granted; those decisions rest solely with the authorities and carriers. If a visa, entry or boarding is refused, amounts paid to third parties are refunded only under their own rules. Any refund of our service fee follows our refund policy.
3. Travel insurance
We recommend insurance for every trip covering medical costs, repatriation, cancellation, baggage and liability. Where insurance is included in a tourism product, its cover and exclusions are stated in the documents sent to you before the contract is concluded.
4. Transfers
Transfers follow the conditions in your booking confirmation: vehicle type, meeting point, waiting time and luggage allowance. Carrier delays, border control and force majeure may change transfer times. We give reasonable assistance but do not control third-party carriers.
5. Illustrative images, resorts and rooms
Photographs, maps and illustrations on the site are illustrative and may show other resorts or room types than the one booked. Resort infrastructure, beaches, entertainment and room furnishing may change at the discretion of the accommodation provider. The actual room category, location and view are confirmed at check-in.
6. Complaints and refunds
If a service does not match what was agreed, contact us promptly at contact@kradelix.com or +380 669 974 1869, where feasible during the trip. We handle complaints within the periods set by law, and refunds follow the cancellation conditions disclosed before booking.
