These terms govern your use of kradelix.com and our travel services.

Our intermediary role
We act as travel agent and intermediary. Your tourism contract is with the supplier (hotel, resort, carrier or transfer operator). We claim no tour-operator licence; supplier licensing under Law No. 222-VIII of 02.03.2015 is confirmed on request.
Website use
Use this site lawfully for personal purposes. Do not scrape, resell or copy content, attempt unauthorised access, or submit false booking data. Content and marks belong to kradelix.com or its licensors.
Quotes, prices, availability
Quotes, prices and availability are informative, not a binding offer. Fees and inclusions are shown before booking; the binding price is in our written confirmation. Advertising is accurate and not misleading under Law No. 270/96-VR of 03.07.1996.
Bookings, resort confirmation, transfers
A booking binds after our written confirmation and payment. Resort or hotel confirmation follows the supplier; availability may change until then. Transfer times are estimates and need accurate flight details. Supplier cancellation and insurance terms apply.
Pre-contract information, withdrawal, refunds
Before booking we provide price, identity, performance, complaint and refund information under Law No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023. Withdrawal rights and exceptions apply to dated travel services, accommodation and transport; cancellations follow the disclosed supplier terms.
Complaints and liability
Send complaints with your booking reference to contact@kradelix.com or +380 669 974 1869; we respond per Law No. 3153-IX. We are liable for our intermediary duties only, not supplier failures or events beyond control; mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
Personal data
We process personal data as controller and set non-essential cookies only with consent under Law No. 2297-VI of 01.06.2010; you may request access, correction or erasure.
