How kradelix.com presents travel offers, calculates prices and fees, confirms bookings, and handles cancellations, changes and refunds.

These details are disclosed before a contract is concluded, as required by the Law of Ukraine “On Electronic Commerce” No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015.
2. Offers, prices and fees
Each offer states the total price, currency, applicable taxes and any booking or service fee. Discount and “all-inclusive” wording applies only to the conditions shown in the offer. Advertising is identifiable, accurate and not misleading, as required by the Law of Ukraine “On Advertising” No. 270/96-VR of 03.07.1996.
3. Availability and confirmation
Online availability is indicative until the booking is confirmed. The contract is concluded when we send written confirmation by email. If the selected service is unavailable, we offer an alternative or refund the amounts paid in full.
4. Cancellation, changes and refunds
Before booking you receive information on the service, price, performance terms, complaint procedure and refund conditions, as required by the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023 and the Law of Ukraine “On Tourism” No. 324/95-VR of 15.09.1995.
- Supplier, transfer and resort penalties are shown in the offer before payment.
- Date or traveller changes depend on availability and supplier rules.
- Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within 14 calendar days, less disclosed non-refundable charges.
- The 14-day distance-contract withdrawal right does not cover travel services supplied on a specific date, under the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023.
